2.4 This Agreement is made available in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English language version shall prevail.

4.4 Account verification may be initiated at registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any time that jiboss deems appropriate. Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. jiboss will process KYC submissions within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
4.5 jiboss may rely on third-party identity verification service providers for KYC processing. Submission of your documents constitutes consent to such processing subject to jiboss's Privacy Policy.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jiboss will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
5.2 You must notify jiboss immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
5.3 jiboss will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with any third party.
5.4 All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not you authorized such activity — is your sole responsibility. jiboss treats all Account access as authorized by the registered Account holder unless jiboss has been notified otherwise and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.
5.5 You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your jiboss Account as an additional security measure. 2FA can be configured in your Account security settings.
6.1 jiboss accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven OTC, Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether). Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.
6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
6.4 jiboss does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own service fees. jiboss has no control over and bears no responsibility for third-party payment fees.
6.5 jiboss reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of this Agreement or applicable law.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Cashier section of your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, or such other minimum as is displayed in the Cashier at the time of request.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. jiboss may require alternative withdrawal arrangements in certain circumstances and will communicate such requirements directly to the affected Player.

8.1 jiboss may, at its absolute discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside each promotion in the Promotions section of the platform.
8.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all jiboss promotions unless otherwise stated:

9.5 Sports betting wagers are subject to the specific terms and market rules applicable to each event, as displayed in the sports betting section of the platform at the time of placing the wager. jiboss reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds in accordance with its sports betting rules.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiboss platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus balances and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period.

13.2 Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiboss platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any IP Content.
13.3 Any unauthorized use of jiboss's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiboss, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiboss platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
14.2 jiboss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement, regardless of the legal theory on which such claim is based, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to jiboss in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 jiboss does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. jiboss will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly.
14.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from jiboss's gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
15.1 jiboss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at jiboss.org/privacy-policy.
15.2 By registering an Account, you consent to jiboss processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of gaming services.
15.3 jiboss implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the jiboss platform are encrypted using industry-standard SSL protocols.
15.4 jiboss may share your personal data with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, financial intelligence units, and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable Philippine law or pursuant to a lawful order.
16.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve such dispute informally by contacting jiboss support at [email protected]. jiboss will endeavor to respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days.
16.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to regulated online gaming operators in the Philippines.
16.4 Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the mechanisms described in Clauses 16.2 and 16.3.
17.1 jiboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion, subject to any limitations imposed by applicable regulatory requirements.
17.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter your rights or obligations — jiboss will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to your Account.
17.3 Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by applicable law or regulation, may be implemented without prior notice.
17.4 Your continued use of the jiboss platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account prior to the effective date.
17.5 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jiboss.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the date the current version came into force.
